Operations Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Operations Manager keeps the team running smoothly by organizing systems, managing workflows, and ensuring every client experience is consistent and high quality. They oversee the details behind the scenes, support agents, coordinate marketing and transactions, and create efficient processes that allow the team to focus on serving clients and growing the business.

Job Duties:

  • Manage daily team operations and ensure all processes run smoothly

  • Oversee transaction coordination from contract through closing

  • Maintain organized systems for listings, leads, and client communication

  • Create and improve workflow procedures that support agents and clients

  • Coordinate marketing for listings, including photos, copy, and online placement

  • Track key performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports

  • Manage the team calendar, appointments, and important deadlines

  • Maintain compliance with brokerage requirements and local regulations

  • Oversee the client experience from first contact through post closing

  • Ensure the CRM is up to date and used consistently across the team

  • Manage vendor relationships such as photographers, printers, and attorneys

  • Support financial tracking

  • Plan team meetings, training sessions, and client appreciation events

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen team performance

Requirements:

  • A college degree or equivalent professional experience

  • At least two years working in a professional environment

  • No real estate license or real estate experience required

  • Comfortable using basic technology, software, and online tools

  • Able to work from home and in public spaces such as coffee shops or shared work areas
