MEETING & PLANNING

We will meet at the property to discuss what a sale will look like, get the flow of the property, and discuss what to expect from a sale including timelines, showings, marketing, and more.

Marketing and List

I will ensure your property is ready for listing and whatever our position is, from off market to full blown campaign, we will have a strategy that attracts strong buyers. We handle all the photography and marketing involved.

CONTRACT

The goal is to ensure we have a ready, willing, and able buyer. This is through review of the contracts, conversation with the agent, positioning of the deal, and more. I will navigate the deal with the buyer agent to ensure we stay on track and get to closing.

CLOSING

All the way up to closing, we make sure we keep the deal moving along. We work until the buyer takes possession and you have been funded...then we celebrate!
